Is Mobolts an eSIM or a physical SIM?

Mobolts uses an eSIM, so there's no physical SIM card to insert. Simply install it on a compatible phone and connect when you're ready.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. Your usual SIM can stay active, so you can keep your number and continue using WhatsApp and iMessage. Standard calls and texts through your usual network may incur additional charges abroad.

Can I share my data using a hotspot?

Yes. You can use your phone's personal hotspot to share your Mobolts data with other devices. Your plan's data and speed conditions still apply.

When does my data plan start?

You can install your eSIM before you travel. Your plan starts when you first use mobile data in a country covered by your eSIM, not when you buy or install it.

What happens when I use 1GB of data?

You get 1GB of high-speed data each day. After that, you can continue using unlimited data at reduced speeds of up to 1.25Mbps until your daily allowance resets.

What if my eSIM doesn't work?

Our support team can help you troubleshoot installation and connection problems. Refund eligibility depends on the status of your eSIM and our refund policy.
